Breakfast Match Bowl Smoothie

Gampang banget caranya dan sehat. Pas buat kalian yang ga terlalu punya banyak waktu pagi-pagi 🙂

For the smoothie (1 serve), you will need:
1 sendok teh matcha powder
2 to 3 slices of kiwi
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup susu kelapa rendah lemak
1/4 cup susu rendah lemak atau skimmed milk juga boleh (I used skimmed milk)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 satu genggam bayam (prefer baby spinach)
2 pitted dates
Blend it all together in your juicer.

Untuk toppingnya, you can add anything you want really.
Tapi aku lebih suka something yang rasanya pas sama smoothienya.
Jadi aku pake 1 sendok teh chia seeds (kalian boleh nambahin sendiri kalo kurang), 1 sendok teh kelapa parut kering, 2-3 kacang almond, di ancurin, slices of kiwi, and dust of matcha powder.Kalo kalian mau, boleh juga tambahin beberapa potong pisang.
